065 Star Gazing Tiny Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 8

The property was VERY unsanitary, there was a pill found in the loft, food found under the beds in the loft. Bedding in the rooms were stained and not clean. The window was broken outside of the home. I called for a refund they said no and offered another unit to me. I accepted and went to that unit to check the cleanliness and there was stains on that bedding as well, and also a used Kcup ontop of the coffee machine. I called the property owner and they said they would issue a refund that i had to contact booking.com and have been waiting for a refund for a week now. We never stayed at the location. We immediately left the property and went to the Grand Hotel.

Small house but could accommodate 2 adults, 2 teens, and one pre-teen; nice kitchenette with propane stove; full-size refrigerator; large bathroom; good water pressure with nice hot water; responsive hosts who responded quickly to texts; great location inside the South Rim park I don't usually like to do air b&b-type rentals, but I'd rent again if I ever go back to the Grand Canyon.

Wifi was a bit glitchy; thermostat was a bit annoying so the house got really warm. Still, we didn't go to the Grand Canyon to lounge around the house.

Mitten im Nirgendwo 1 Meile abseits der Hauptstrasse zum Grand Canyon. Nettes Tiny Haus für eine Familie, es stehen dort etwa 1 gutes Dutzend. Es gibt einen Basketballkorb auf dem Gelände. Super um zum Grand Canyon zu fahren. Gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 Fernseher.

Es gibt im Umkreis von 30 Meilen kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel, am besten noch im Grand Canyon village, aber alles sehr teuer, daher vorher einkaufen anzuraten.

Sicuramente la.zona e il contesto molto affascinante. Casette in mezzo al.niente come da foto.

Noi eravamo in 8 in una casetta predisposta per 4 persone, poca attenzione alla pulizia e ai particolari. In fase di prenotazione non dovrebbero uscire questa tipologia di casette per un numero superiore a 4, sono molto piccole soprattutto se ci vuoi passare del tempo per rilassarti e mangiare non ci sono nemmeno le sedie per più di 4 persone.

Our arrival was extremely unpleasant. The first house we were given was very dirty—hair on the blankets and sheets, dust throughout the house, and dead flies on the floor. Shockingly, one of the windows was broken, and shards of glass were still lying on the stairs. The host did take action and moved us to another house, but even there we found hair on the bedding. Communication was a major issue. The cleaner on site only spoke Spanish, which made it very difficult to explain the situation. We tried contacting the host via WhatsApp, but they were unreachable. The only phone call we managed was through the cleaner’s phone, but the connection was so poor it was nearly impossible to communicate. We were tired from traveling, and even two hours after arrival, we still didn’t have a clean or safe place to stay. We decided not to stay and left the property. After our departure, we reached out multiple times via email and through the Booking.com chat, but received no response at all. Complete radio silence. Very disappointing experience—both in terms of hygiene and communication.

The tiny home is really cute and very functional. Location is perfect. Instructions were very detailed and accurate. Stargazing was also great (if neighbours had turned off their porch light).

Many things were broken: fire alarms had been ripped off, one of the two staircases leading to entrance doors was broken. a window was partially broken, the water was shut off one morning... All of these could have been easily addressed if it was possible to reach the manager/owner. But our calls, texts, emails remained unanswered.

I liked it was quiet clean and a good price. The place had everything we needed for the most part.

We kept finding flies in the house, we didn’t know where they were coming from. Other than that everything else was good
