The proximity to the s rim.

The gravel road. There were not enough towels and washcloths but it was a late booking but I would suggest sitting it up for a party of four. There was cobwebs, a broken handle on cabinet drawer and a broken window that I wouldn't have seen had I not used side door to keep from going through small bedroom where the front door was that was being used by another couple. I always have a fear of been accused of damages that someone else caused and a host doesn't know about or don't care enough about their property to fix. It was only a place to sleep for the night before going into the park.

Clean and functional, served the purpose of staying near Grand Canyon NP.

Dirt road leading to the property and surrounding could be improved.

Building structure is new, everything you need is available in terms of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom necessity. Convenient location and good point for stargazing as well.

Cute Tiny house. Everything we needed. Good value for lodging by Grand Canyon.

Road in was a little rough, having to put deposit down.

Loved the location, and the proximity to the Grand Canyon. Jet black night for stargazing with next to no light pollution. Ate out, but would have been very comfortable there if we needed to cook. AC a little loud, but fine if set and left. Only note, no blinds upstairs so if using the mezzanine as an actual bedroom be aware you’ll be awake at sunrise.

Note that the road to the property is a dirt road so take it easy if you have a car rather than a truck. Not a problem just one thing to note.
