IL Mare appart 3

The apartment is well located, outside of the city center but, it is easy and fast to reach the city center by bus. It is a big modern apartment, clean, nice to have 2 balcons and a confortable bed. The personal is very nice.

The apartment is different from the photos. In reality, it has less furniture (no sofa as in the photos for example, less chairs for the table etc.) and the overall condition is not excellent. The electric cooker is cracked, the table is heavily scratched, and the kitchen furniture is worn out and not well maintained.

All the staff were very accommodating and really nice. I arrived slightly late for check-in and stayed in touch with them throughout and they helped me with that. Perfect for bike packing.

A nice neighbourhood. Large living area.

Back door was not working (owner explained it was being fixed after I enquiried), wear and tear throughout. A decent walk from the tram stop - be prepared for this. However a bus stop nearby.

Das Bett war nur gemühtlich .

Alle Möbel fast beschädigt.So etwas hab noch nie vorher gesehen.

Furniture in the kitchen was a bit old!

Die Wohnung war groß und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Doppelbett war sehr bequem. Eine Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Die Mechanik der Balkontür war defekt und die Tür stand immer einen Spalt offen. Die Küchenzeile hatte die besten Jahre hinter sich. Das Ceranfeld hatte einen Riss funktionierte aber. Auf dem großen Tv waren keine deutschsprachigen Sender eingestellt für unseren Kurzaufenthalt kein großes Problem.
