Het appartement heeft een perfecte ligging. Het was super proper en zeer ruim. De badkamer is zeer gerieflijk. Gemakkelijke toegang met code dus geen gedoe met sleutels.

Jammer genoeg is het meubilair echt versleten. De keukenkastjes kraken. De keukenkraan werkte maar half en lekte. De binnenkant van de waterkoker was volledig verkalkt.
