Mainly the location. SM mall, next door, walking distance for food, etc. The host (owner's sister) was nice. The large container of purified water was good.

A lot was wrong. No hand towels. No top sheet so you have a scratchy comforter and pillow shams, not pillow cases that would be soft. No shampoo or body soap, I had to go buy some. I had to ask for toilet paper. Check in was complicated because parking is paid and no option to select that when booking. If you don't have Philippine ID, you can't do GCash and transfer money. Very complicated to get a parking spot and a lot of time wasted. No blackout curtains. Light just blazes into the room. The place is run more as a hobby for someone living in Dubai to keep her occupied rather than a business. Everything is done so cheaply and without the client in mind. Every time I asked the property manager a question, she would say, "that's the rules, my sister has been running multiple properties for 12 years".. Well, I have been in real estate over 40 years, and just because someone does something wrong for 12 years, doesn't mean they know what they are doing. My assumption is a rich husband letting his wife have a side "business" to keep her somewhat occupied. There were 2 beds, but only one was made. There is a sign that says the guests should clean their own dishes and kitchen stuff. That is a terrible idea. I am bad at cleaning and wouldn't trust myself to do a good job for the next guest. I am supposed to trust the previous guest? That should be part of the service. Clean the place including all the kitchen stuff to make sure it is done properly, not expect or rely on guests to do a crappy job, like I am sure I would, if I actually used anything. Hot water would only get hot enough if you restrict the water pressure. The only reason I booked a few extra nights was because of the location, not the place itself.

Unlike other units in the area, no leeway or headroom for late checkout even for just 15 to 30 minutes, layout is not so practical due to space constraints of the furniture choices, flush wasting water keep on running.

Centrally located. Security of the property. Owner was always available to talk to and accommodated to our needs
