La ubicación.

Que el personal del alojamiento te cobra un adicional a tu llegada, aduciendo que el empleador no le paga lo suficiente. Y si no pagas ese adicional no te deja entrar.

La ubicación, esta en pleno centro de Madrid, tiene cocina y baños pero son compartidos con otros huéspedes.

El personal que nos recibió solo hablaba inglés

Location was central.

Before I arrived I corresponded with the hotel via their e-mail. They replied there would be someone there with the key at 6 pm. When I arrived outside the property, it was locked and there was nobody there to give me a key. I waited and waited and became scared as it was getting dark. The neighbours said this happened often. People were often left for hours waiting for someone to come and give them a key. Eventually a neighbour phoned someone and a person arrived eventually with a key. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN ANY BOOKING.

La cercanía a todo.

首先地理位置很方便，就在主广场附近，离各种购物点如durni，primor，英国宫，家乐福之类的都很近，全都是步行十分钟内能到达，适合有购物需求的人，且楼下非常多餐厅可以选择，想喝奶茶的话对面还有coco（哈哈）。推荐楼下那家咖啡店Chocolatería Tacita de Plata，咖啡好喝，苹果派好吃。

位于中心也有不好的地方，比如打车难，要走出这片区域才好打一点，楼下的道路游客非常密集，晚上凌晨几点外面仍有吵闹的声音，如果对睡眠质量有要求的人，不推荐在这一片区域住。其次是室内环境，我们选择的房间比较宽敞，而且有两个阳台，遮光帘效果不错但是其实外面的风能从阳台门缝吹进来，会感受到有点冷。房东会给你一串钥匙，用于打开主楼门，公寓门和房间门。一间公寓好几个房间，可能有好几户住客，洗手间有两个，一个是wc，一个是干湿分离的卫浴，这些是共用的，实际上使用起来感觉还是会有点不方便，有时候早起晚归使用起来怕吵到别人只能小心翼翼，或者使用过程要非常小心不要留下使用痕迹否则有些住客可能会对你抱怨，相当于每使用完一次我都要自己检查和清理一遍，看看是否留下了水渍，会及时擦干净。（仔细想想明明自己也花了钱但还是有种寄人篱下的感觉，所以出于这个不好的体验我以后再也不会选择共用卫浴的房源）而且这个房间的钥匙有点难开，要是插进去经常会扭不动或者卡住，有时候急着出门或者晚上回来都要跟这把锁斗争个几分钟，建议房东维护一下。
