Iba un poco asustada por las reseñas pero ha sido magnífico! Justo al lado de Sol, Plaza Mayor, casa del ratón Pérez, enfrente de San Ginés...la chica me llamó cuando aún aterrizábamos para decirme que ya estaba en el piso, todo limpísimo, familias con niños en las demás habitaciones lo que me dió mucha tranquilidad. La casa calentita, la habitación muy bonita y cómoda. Repetiría sin dudarlo!!!! Gracias por todo!!!

La ubicación es excelente

El baño tenia mal olor y contaminaba la habitación y el calentador no funcionaba

Si bien los servicios son compartidos, los limpian todos los dias, asi que estuvo perfecto. Hay dos baños, uno con ducha y otro sin solo con WC. La cocina es amplia y super bien equipada. Hay supermercado cerquisima y farmacias. La ubicacion es ideal para turistear.

Fui a fines de noviembre y ya hacia un poco de frio y solo nos dieron una sábana delgada. No preguntamos por una cobija mas por falta de tiempo. Quizás si piden una cobija extra, les ofrecen alguna pero nosotras si pasamos un poco de frio con esa sábana.

- riool lucht vanuit douche / toilet. Er blijft ergens water in een reservoir staan en dat gaat behoorlijk stinken (in de kamer met privé santair) - gehorige kamers/verdiepingen (oordoppen zijn nodig) - boven de kamerdeur zit een glazen gedeelte. Als er iemand het licht op de hal aan doet is meteen je kamer verlicht. Soms wordt het licht ook vergeten uit te doen waardoor je uit bed moet om weer een donkere kamer te krijgen. Er zou een timer op dat licht moeten komen zodat het automatisch uit gaat.

Location was fine.

It’s a communication nightmare. Lots of different people text through different channels, and you don’t know what’s going on or if you will be able to get your room when you arrive. You have to pay extra for absolutely everything. When on a normal hotel or hostel would be free. You want to store your luggage the day of your check-out? Well, you have to pay extra. You want to check in at night after 20:00? You have to pay extra. Want A/C, which you’ll need in Madrid? Well, you have to pay extra. It’s a ripoff. Services that you take for granted even on tiny hostels are extra here. And even when you pay extra to check in at night, they arrive late and still charge even if they are late, oh and you have to pay cash for that. Ridiculous. There are so many other places in the same price range. No reason to stay here.
