ITLa struttura è immersa nella natura, ha pochi appartamenti e gode di tutti i comfort per qualche giorno di relax. La piscina e le aree circostanti sono tenute benissimo

DEDie Unterkunft hat eine super schöne Anlage und einen tollen Pool.
Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage gar nicht. Die angekündigten Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo etc.) fehlten komplett. Es gab fast kein Geschirr. Zudem können 4 Erwachsene kaum in der Wohnung übernachten, da das Hochbett extrem alt und wackelig ist. Das Schlafsofa steht in der Küche und ist auch nicht wirklich bequem. Sollte man vielleicht vorher kommunizieren. Insgesamt waren wir leider sehr unzufrieden.
FRLa piscine (partagée), grande, propre et agréable, avec une belle terrasse et des chaises longues. Le domaine sécurisé avec parking devant les appartements. L'appartement avec salon de jardin extérieur. La localisation, à 10 mn en voiture de Desenzano del Garda et 20 mn de Sirmione. Pas de moustiques !
La vue sur l'autoroute, que l'on entend aussi depuis la piscine ou le jardin (mais c'est un bruit de fond donc pas trop dérangeant). La salle de bains avec WC à l'intérieur (non séparé), un peu compliqué pour un appartement 6 personnes. L'équipement de la cuisine, un peu juste : pas de micro-ondes, pas de bouilloire, pas assez de vaisselle pour 6, un four mais pas de plats à four ni de maniques.... La climatisation, bruyante mais inefficace. Pas de torchon, pas de produits de toilette fournis, pas assez de papier toilette pour le nombre de personnes et la durée du séjour. Le couchage du canapé-lit convient pour des ados ou jeunes adultes mais pas pour des adultes.

NLDone over 50 bookings trough booking.com and this was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Paid for 2x two person bed and 2x sleeping couches. We only received 1 sleeping couche and when we contacted about it they started insulting us. It took 1 day before they fixed our beds so one of my friends had to sleep in a different hotel. Had to contact booking.com about this all the time and they took contact with the hotel manager but he didn't wanna help at all. There was a dead cockroaches in the bathroom and nails of the previous visitors. When we contacted about it they kept insisting the house was clean and never came to clean it. Would never visit this hotel again and would not advise anyone else to visit the hotel. The owner is unfriendly and doesn't care about your health and keeps the house dirty. Other dutch people arrived to the hotel 2 days later and their room was gross aswel they told me. They got someone to come clean it. For us that didn't happen.
Not enough beds, not clean, cockroaches, toe nails, airco's turned warm in the morning.

BEThe apartment was lovely and clean. There was air conditioning. Matteo, the host, was friendly and responsive by message (checkin had to be done online and instructions were sent by message, keys were in a lockbox). The pool was great. It was quite close to the lake Garda. We had a lovely time!
A bit close to the highways, but noise level was ok. Not enough glasses, one pot was dirty, and we only got one roll of toilet paper to start (a bit optimistic as we were 3 adults and 2 kids and arrived late).
