LVVery good swimming pool. Quite large and clean.
The apartment is located in an industrial area, with no possibility to walk or run. The roof rooms are uncomfortable, with sloping ceilings where can often bump head. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours. Please note that if your neighbours smoke on the terrace, it is very annoying and not pleasant to eat on the terrace. There are problems with the garbage containers, its are overflowing.

En route we were sent an online check-in which could have been sent much earlier (was a hassle to do on a smartphone whilst at a busy airport). We knew were were arriving late and were advised of a late check in charge which led us to believe we were being met, in reality this was an arbitrary fee as was a gated entry (keycode) and key lockbox so added unnecessary stress. The description of the view could be a bit more obvious - the main view is of the main Autoroute Milan to Venezia - there is absolutely no doubt the Pool View is fantastic and you can see the Lake is you are in a particular apartment and there is lots of greenery. Just a bit of honesty ref the Autoroute (even if spun as great access to the Autoroute, Shops, Local Amenities etc) The property would benefit from a simple welcome pack, we had to search out the washing machines (in a set of garages), and had an interesting trip to the village to reset the electrics. The property even at a small price hike would benefit from provision of simple things like salt/pepper/olive oil/dishwasher tablets/washing powder etc ..... it wasn't as welcoming as many houses we've stayed in over years, with some simple basics and things you just need (grater, balcony furniture etc) - for a flat to accommodate 6 dishes, plates, cutlery were a bit light. £50 in IKEA would sort this.

ILThe grounds are beautiful with a fantastic pool. Great for kids to run around. Very quiet and serene. The staff is available to help via messaging.
The place was difficult to find as Waze and Google maps sent us to a nearby house and we required staff assistance to find the place. Others told us they had the same issue, so the original directions provided should really have been more clear. The location is set a bit away from Lake Garda and so there are no views of the lake or mountains which was disappointing. Any trip that we did required a lot of driving, nothing is really close by. While the staff is responsive via messaging, there is no one actually around and therefore at times it felt like we had to wait a long time for assistance or had to fix things ourselves. Eg. the power went out when we used both the stove top and oven, and we had to drive out in the dark to the entrance of the grounds to find the electrical box with the staff directing us on the phone. Or the lights around the pool did not go on when it got dark out and when we requested them to go on we had to wait till 11 pm for them to go on (at which point the kids were not swimming anymore). Or just needing extra toilet paper (only 3 rolls provided for a large family for 4 days, they brought 2 more a few hours later after we requested). The furnishings are simple with a cottage feel.
SEGreat stay for families. Large pool that we had to ourselves most of the time. Beautiful garden and patio. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet, perfect temperature with the AC and full window coverage so the sun didn’t wake up us in the morning. Overall a very nice stay. Just a 10-15 minute drive to Lake Garda. Close to lovely wine yards. Close to Gardaland.
It is close to the highway so some traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. The house standard is ok. The bathroom was a bit small. Some electrical chords showing, broken shower door etc that made it feel ok but not more. Still very much enjoyed our stay!

GBLocation was perfect for where we wanted to go. Very secure apartment and site which was all well maintained.
Washing machine didnt seem to work. Shower door was broken and wouldnt close properly. No spare bed sheets for sofa bed. Lots of bugs finding there way in especially in kitchen.
