We asked to have the sofa bed made up on arrival, so our little one could go straight to sleep. The cleaner did so, and it was presented nicely. The kitchen was nice, very clean, and had everything we needed, except forks. There were only two and three of us staying. The beds were very comfy, the sofa bed too. It was nice to have netflix logged in and ready to go for our little one. A good location for being able to explore Bournemouth on foot. Considering it's a basement apartment, we didn't hear any noise from the people above hardly at all. They all seem to be very quiet and respectful people.

On arrival, we noticed how cold it was. We immediately shut the blinds and put the heating on. Had we realised it was storage heaters, we wouldn't have stayed (the weather was -3 during our stay). It wasn't until around 9pm that my partner realised all of the windows were open about 2 inches at the top- thats why we couldn't seem to warm up at all. Also, something that we didn't see in the description (but we might have missed it) was the fact that there's a nightclub a couple of properties up from the apartment. That wasn't ideal for us who had a little one sleeping on the pull out sofa bed in the living area (this is directly on.the road side). It is great for people who are there for the night life or who are out exploring late into the night. The decor is a little past it and needs redecorating. The kitchen is absolutely fine. But the paintwork throughout was peeling and cracked in areas. Not the end of the world, just something we noticed. It's hard to review as we did have a lovely time, but we wouldn't have stayed at this property had we realised it was by a nightclub and storage heaters. But in the summer, I bet this is a great little getaway.

L'appartement est très propre, très bien placé et confortable pour 3 personnes. La propriétaire est très réactive et arrangeante. Nous sommes restés une semaine au mois d'août, il a fait très beau et la température de la chambre est restée fraîche.

Was a great location near the beach and town centre. Nice and spacious for my little toddler to run around.

Only one window and one window in the bedroom and living room was able to open the others were not opening. So I would recommend either air con or better ventilation. Also maybe add some toys next time like board games or something like that.

Clean and close to the town centre and beach.

Very noisy all throught the night from outside. It's also the basement flat so tricky with a pram. Also, the humidity in the flat was 80% and all the towels, carpet and bedding felt damp as a consequence of this.

Spotless, very spacious and had everything you needed for a short stay.

Nothing to do with the actual property, but there was quite a strong smell in the corridors.
