there wasn't even a place to sit in the kitchen, like a table or a chair. We couldn't even enter the room fully opening the door because it would hit the bed. The shelfs and the windows were dirty, with dust on it and dead bugs and flies.

Nothing. If There was the ability to give this a minus score I would do so.

The accommodation was mis-sold under the Booking .com site. I was informed that I was booking a one bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. What I was provided was an ensuite room in a shared house with a shared kitchenette. The room was very dirty, unhygienic, foul smelling, in very state of repair, broken furnishings, dirty linen, body fluids stains on bedding, black mould, holes in the wall, window blinds that were broken, curtain rail hanging off the wall, stains on the walls, shower base that had black mould/stains, dirty toilet, and the room itself was miniscule, barely big enough to fit a double bed into. I travelled over 250 miles to stay at this accommodation, but when I witnessed what it was like myself and my wife could not bring ourselves to stay there, and left immediately and drove the 250 miles back home. I submitted a complaint to Booking.com on my return home, but am also very dissatisfied with the lack of response regarding my complaint. One month later and I still have not been refunded or compensated in any way.

The location was easy for us for walking

Prefer the first floor not able for the stairs other than that we were happy I want to book next July Friday 31/7/26 and Saturday 1/8/26 many thanks

The location was excellent. The bed was very comfy but too small for the two of us. It would be ideal for one. It is described as king but it was no 5ft wide. We had not seen a code box for keys before so very basic instructions would have been appreciated.

The key box was the only thing which we would have liked clearer instructions on. If you are not being met by a human all messages have to be crystal clear.

Small room sm.shower had to buy toilet rolls shower gel.tv would have been great.
