I really enjoyed my stay here. The manager was exceptional, very welcoming and quick to resolve any issues we had, which made the experience even better. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

There was a smell in the room, but within 15 minutes the manager had sent someone to fix it, which was handled very professionally. Also an issue with another guest who was disruptive but again the manger of the property handled it amazingly.

Easy check-in and check-out, close to the city center.

The room looked neglected; the carpets were stained, as were the walls, the curtains and drapes were dirty and torn, the chair was sagging, and the shelf by the sink wasn't screwed on securely. There was mold in the shower, the metal shelf for toiletries was rusty, and empty toilet paper rolls lay behind the toilet. I also received no response to my question about parking.

We were meant to stay three nights and we left after the first night since the place was not clean and different than the advertised pictures. The bed was unclean and we found human and dog hair on the sheets and the bed cover. There was a bad smell coming from the room and the building as soon as you enter. The first night we had to stay as we didn't have any choice but next morning we immediately left the place and found a different place on booking.com. we communicated the shortcomings and asked for a refund from this place but we haven't received an answer.

Crazy room with a bed positioned so a 65 and 70 year old couple had to decide who would have to climb over the other to get to the loo in the night!!!!!
