The property was well located to the city centre and the Hoe and Barbican, which made exploring Plymouth easy. Close to good eateries and drinking establishments.

For the price there was nothing not to like about the property, perfectly adequate.

The room and kitchen have a lovely home feel. The contact was good and when there was a problem accom. manager responded swiftly and had a solution in place within the next morning. I would definitely book again.

There is a mixed use aspect with longer term contractors etc. Other users can become complacent.

Location, cleanliness

The rooms are all adjacent, you could always here the other residents so was aware not to make any noise

Mould on bathroom walls. Toilet left dirty from previous occupant. carpets in hall really could do with a clean. It was cheap but with a little cleaning could be so much better. Booked with a dog on bookings.com but on arrival found we had to pay extra. this was not made clear. this may not be the owners fault possible fault with the website

Self check-in, communication is perfect by messages. There was a fridge and microwave, fan, TV.

The room wasn't clean enough, mattress and mattress protector was stained. Bed linen was warn out.

Nothing

Room stank . House was dirty . Some enforcement agency with body cams were knocking to the door looking for Nigel . Looked like dept collectors . Not sure who is he . Dodgy place . Not recommending . Stay away
