札幌に近いのに安い。利便性が良い。安いのに紙コップや食器洗剤、洗濯洗剤までいろんなものが揃っていたこと。メッセージのやり取りが丁寧でした。水回りが綺麗。

水回りが綺麗だが、ほのかに臭いが漂うことと、クッションや椅子にシミが多いこと。ただ、安さに対して綺麗だと思います。

地理位置好离北大近，也很安静，楼下就有times租车，出去很方便，而且房间内各种生活用品提供的很充足

wifi不是特别好，会时不时地断线

設備がとても清潔で良かったです。現地までの道案内や鍵の受け取り方法についても丁寧に教えてもらったので、ストレスなくとてもスムーズに入室できました。

リビングの扉のところに段差があり、何度か足を踏み外したり躓きそうになりました。慣れないとちょっと危険かなと思いました。
