Sehr große Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Der Stellplatz ist sehr wichtig, da man sonst nirgendwo parken kann.

During this holiday we have travelled Europe from North to South and experienced accommodations of various type, as it is a challenge finding something suitable for a family with three kids. Out of all of them, Casa Dell Arte from Genoa spotted out not only by impressive apartment size, location and amenities, but also by host kindness and focus on keeping his guests happy and current with city main attractions. Riccardo speaks perfect English, provided us with detailed information on the access to the apartment, tips on places not to miss during our stay, local restaurants, belvedere spots, which was super helpful for a 2 days stay. Genoa is a nice typical Italian city, famous by being birthplace of Cristofor Columb, but also an important port at Mediteranean Sea, however there is room for improvement local authorities could do for guiding tourists through city main attractions. Unsure if this was what fueled Riccardo, but his tips were crucial for our successful stay and effective time management. Anyone would wish a host with such attention to details and knowledgeable, which completes a wonderful experience staying in a nice apartment, conveniently located between city center and top of the hill breath taking views. Kudos really for this host hospitality and friendly attitude!

The only thing which worth mentioning is a bit of moldy ceiling in the bathroom, yet there was no smell and room was clean, with fresh towels and hygiened objects.
