Just everything fantastic! Fantastic big and fully equipped apartment in a fantastic historic building in a fantastic location owned by fantastic host! We're really surprised. Put it together with a private parking space - and you'll get the best place to stay in Genova.

La Casa dell’Arte is a beautiful apartment. Very beautiful floors and furnishings. It’s very obvious how much the owner cares for his property. The owners instructions were easy to follow and the property location was perfect with only a short walk to the ascensore. Res for his property

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is spacious, beautifully decorated, and every little detail has been thoughtfully designed. The view from the windows is stunning — you can see the sea and even cruise ships docked in the distance. Just sitting in the room and enjoying the view felt like a vacation in itself. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the cookware and tableware we needed. The location is also great — it’s just a short walk to the supermarket, and parking was very easy and convenient. Our host Ric is incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. From clear instructions for check-in to recommending great local spots, our host provided valuable information that really enhanced our experience. Thank you Ric for providing such a lovely space and for making everything so comfortable and easy for us. Your care and attention to detail truly made a difference. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

You can find the beauty of luxurious vintage in each corner of this house. It is more beautiful than the pictures. There is a parking. So quiet and well isolated. Once closing windows, you won’t hear any noise from the street, the house is big enough and comfortable.

The parking space is limited, so take care about you car dimensions.

The apartment is like a house! It’s furnished like a home and the art is beautiful! Could easily live there!

Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, nice bathroom, beautifully furnished. Riccardo was very helpful in recommending restaurants and points of interest and also sorting a taxi for us on departure.
