The flat is spacious and clean, we have got also a baby cot despite the host had to reshuffle the furniture. There is a swimming pool which should not be used during siesta. We really appreciated the location, very quiet with a couple of shops and restaurant nearby and just a few minutes walk from absolutely lovely beach. Also the tram to Alicante city is very close. The host was supportive despite he doesn´t speak too much English. I would recommend the place and will book it again when we go to Alicante.
There is a parking lot in the underground garage which is quite narrow and if you have a big car you need to be very cautious while parking. The kitchen equipment is a bit outdated.

Muy bien todo,tal y como me lo esperaba, igual que en las fotos. Javier y su mujer fueron muy amables y muy buenas personas nos ayudaron en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros . Lo recomiendo 💯.
