Good central location. Apartment was immaculate and perfect for our 3 night stay.

Street noise was intrusive throughout the night til dawn.

A kitchen towel would be helpful to dry the dishes and clean

Right in the center of the city. Most places of interest are walkable. It was clean.

Would have been nice to have small bottles of soaps and shampoos. There was issue with communication with owner, we had already alerted about the delayed flight but on arrival, we were told to go to some other place to pick up the keys. Address was given but no name of person or the apartment number of that person. We had take our cab from airport to there but because we didn’t know the name of the person or apt number took a while to get the keys, it was a hassle. With translator we were able to communicated with cab driver and he helped us sort it out. If you don’t speak Spanish, don’t ever book this place!! On top of we had to pay 72 plus Euros for taxi to go to another place (and wait time)to get the keys!!

fantastic location only 2minutes walk from metro station surrounded by bars and restaurants with 2 convenience stores nearby. Apartment was welcoming and cosy. There was always an unlimited supply of hot water.

we stayed for five nights and felt that we should have been given a change of towels. Also there needs to be a rubber mat in the shower as it is like a skating rink when wet also bin liners for the pedal bin.

Minimum crockery! Only two of plates mugs and bowl!Chopping knife ,sizzeretc not there! No kettle! No dinning table or chairs! No Wi-Fi! This days free Wi-Fi is always provided!

This place has really perfect location and our landlord is so kind. He always did what we asked. If we come to Madrid again, we will stay here.
