Large property with a swimming pool. Kitchen was fully equipped and had basics such as salt and pepper. Jenny the host was wonderful and easy to reach and helped me with all my questions. Big smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. Area was nice and quiet + security on site.

The AC's upstairs could be a little more powerful + beds were a bit firm.

Our stay was nothing short of delightful. We arrived at night and were immediately greeted with a warm welcome that made us feel right at home. The villa’s layout is thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and spacious environment. One of the highlights was the pool table, which provided endless entertainment. The garden is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the villa’s proximity to local and western restaurants made dining out convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Villa Rani 3 exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Thanks to Ms. Jenny and Mr. Made who made our stay memorable

Fantastic Villa with great amenities and very clean.it's just a few steps away from the center of Seminyak, making it a perfect location.jenny was incredibly helpful and accommodating.the large room upstairs was beautifully decorated,and the decor throughout the villa was really impressive.the villa also provides Netflix,a good and strable internet connection,and a PlayStation 4,which the kids ubsolutely loved and kept them thoroughly entertained.The open air living room was a highlight for us as we could enjoy the fresh air throughout our stay the added features,like the pool table,Made my stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommended!

The villa is beautiful and peaceful, making it perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Its strategic location is a big plus, with great restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the beach not too far away. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Rani 3. The host is also incredible, super helpful and welcoming!

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Seminyak! I only stayed for one night, but it was such a memorable experience! The villa is ideally located right in the center of Seminyak, making it super convenient for exploring the area. What makes this place stand out are the amazing amenities—there’s a billiard table and a PS4, which made our stay incredibly fun and relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, and Jenny, the housekeeper, is an absolute gem! She is not only incredibly kind and helpful but also ensures the villa is spotlessly clean. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway in Seminyak. I wish I could have stayed longer!

I loved the pool and gardens and the little critters around like squirrels, geckos and frogs. Thanks so much we had a great time.

The bed was a little hard but we slept really well. Microwave not working but that’s ok.

Jenny was fabulous, an asset to the villa. Location is great, close to eat street but far enough away to not hear nightclubs. Villa supplies filtered water. Water pressure is good, showers have lots of pressure. Pool table was fun. Good place to stay for a few days.

10 days was too long in this villa. The air-conditioning in the upstairs rooms is not adequate, the upstairs bathroom had a funky smell. Linen/towels could do with replacing. Wicker at base of chairs broken and cushion needs cleaning, couch is like it's off Temu, small and uncomfortable. Tiles on the step in pool missing. Stairs leading to upstairs bedroom are very steep and narrow, handrail would help. Villas needs some love to bring it back.

The property was great, very large, comfortable and clean. We stayed here with our two children ages 4 and 6 months. The house keeper Jenny was wonderful and the pick up from the airport much appreciated. Unfortunately we left of travel cot at the airport and Jenny went out of her way to help us get it back, a big thank you for that. The pool was great and the pool table was very much enjoyed. The place was clean and Jenny it cleaned each day. It is a bit of a walk from the beach, which proved a bit much for our 4 year old (even with being carried most the way!) but it was worth the effort to spend the day at the beach and finish with a beer and sunset. We did try a taxi one day but the traffic made the journey even harder than walking! If you turn left when leaving the villa you walk out onto Eat street, this had some nice places to eat but was rather full on in the evenings, thankfully the noise wasn’t heard in the villa. Over all I would say this place was great, but we would have been able to make more use of the surrounding area if we were not with children. Perfect for two couples/four adults! Nice bit of luxury and relaxation.

As mentioned we were travelling with small children and so the layout of the villa didn’t work that well for us when sleeping. One room was upstairs (quite steep hard stairs) and the other on the ground floor off the “open” to the elements living area. This would be fine for adults but I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my children upstairs or downstairs by themselves once we had gone to bed so it meant my husband slept with one and I with the other. Also as the kitchen/lounge area are completely open to outside, we did get bitten and there isn’t much you can do about it. Just make sure you bring bug spray and loose long trousers/sleeved top as this is the best form of defence!
