Good sized bedrooms, decent size pool and very clean, great size entertaining area, good spot, fairly quiet. Jenny the house keeper was so lovely, very informative and friendly.

Pool has a chip in the tiles of both steps, stairs to the master bedroom are quite steep and bulkhead above is very low, not great for tall people. Place looks a little bit older than the pictures present, but still very well upkeep and clean.

Everything . The rooms are very nice and spacious and the toilets are clean. There is a pool well maintained and a pool table .

The villa is in a great location, in the heart of everything. Beautiful outdoor area with a good-sized pool and lots of plants and grass. There are plenty of different areas to sit and chill, and a large kitchen, with a large fridge to keep your drinks cold. Jenny, the maid who comes every day, is really nice and does a fantastic job.

Air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom could do with some attention, as it gets warm up there. One of the aircons is in a bad spot pointed down the stairs so is a bit waisted. Other one needs re-gassing, or replacing, as it's not working too well.

Excellent location, the place was cleaned every day. The pool is nice and private.

Yes it is central Seminyak super close to the party scene, but the villa is quite far in a small alley so you don't hear the party people, so if you want to have a quiet night also really possible. The pool table is a nice as well.
