Services could’ve been better.

Location Clean Had all we needed Comfortable

We could not arrive on the planned date due to canceled ferries, but the owner kindly allowed us to move our stay to the following dates without extra charge.

The rooms and Kitchen was not clean, however owner was very nice as he might not aware that cleaners didnt do their job properly.Also there are no locks for bathroom doors and was making a lot of noice when we open/close doors.

I don’t like nothing, these days was similar an nightmare.

The house was very dirty, the facilities was terrible, the shower was cold and We needed to pay for the electricity, so a completely absurd.

Disgusted

No hot water, boiler had a fault. Damp throughout with dehumidifier in bedroom. Only 8p electric on key card after driving 5 hours to get there, we couldn't shower or heat the place and we had a funeral to attend. Left the property within half hour and booked elsewhere at extra cost. We sat for half hour freezing trying to make alternative arrangements. All furniture was damp. Couldn't lock the door on departure as didn't work and was open when we arrived, completely insecure.

Love it, perfect for a easy check in, enough room for 5 people to sleep, 30 minutes away from the mountain ranges. Everything as described
