"Idyllic apartment in central location"

Great central location, very quiet, lovely terrace. Everything you needed at the property - very spacious. The fact that there was a lift was an added bonus!

Everything was perfect- there was nothing to dislike.

"Terrible communication, never again!"

very good location

Communication is very bad! Very complicated process for check-in, insisted on sending them proof for tax payment (4.4€). After check-in they forgot to give us the detail how to enter in the apartment, we ended up with suitcase and kids 2h on the street. no answer on service telephone or contact email

Location is great. We were able to access & store our luggage before the apartment was ready which was a great help.

Small bedrooms, not enough towel hooks in bathrooms, no kitchen towels, no cutting board, no air conditioning in one bedroom.

"Great location - can't get any better than that."

Location can't be beat. The hosts were great and were able to help pretty quickly with anything that came up. The apartment is also very spacious, so clean, and very quiet. Air conditioning a bonus.

The place was perfect except the beds. They were incredibly uncomfortable. I can only speak to the bigger room but the mattress had zero support and needs to be updated. The location was amazing but we did not look forward to sleeping in those beds after a long day. Could also use one more couch. A family of four that wanted to unwind after a long day didn't have enough room to sit comfortably in the living room. Especially as we are traveling with young children our day would end earlier and our only other option was to lie down in the uncomfortable beds.

Stylish, contemporary apartment in a great location. Nice terrace. Lovely & cool. Really quiet, excellent double glazing. Extremely comfortable.

A couple of dish towels in the kitchen & a chopping board would be useful. Otherwise, a super place. Flateli staff were very kind & helpful. [It can be quite tricky getting cases & bikes up to the 3rd floor, but there is a lift from the 1st floor. Could be a few more coat hangers in the bedrooms.]

"Would stay again - easy access, spacious, modern, clean and comfortable."

Tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with all essentials. Amazing location to discover beautiful Girona. Very quiet inside despite being so central.

Could do with mirrors in the bedrooms and also a dressing table or somewhere to put things.
