The apartment was lovely. It had a nice balcony at the back which was a pleasant place to sit. It had two bathrooms which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were great and the lounge was a comfy place to relax. Very easy to walk into the old part of town from the flat.

It was hard to communicate with the owners. I had emailed to ask about parking but I didn't get a reply. I phoned on the day, but I didn't get a reply until a member of staff came to help us get into the apartment because the code emailed to me was incorrect. The next day a man appeared in the apartment - apparently the odd-job man - but we had no warning of this and it was pretty disconcerting. A few simple measures could be put in place to avoid all these issues.

it is difficult to have early check in

Very attentive staff. Unbeatable location. Modern and practical facilities.

It wasn't spotless. The bedside tables in one of the rooms were dusty as well as some lamps. Also the cleaning staff goes too hard on air fresheners. Guessing it's a way to "get the clean effect" between one stay and the next, but it was too much for me. I'm sensitive to smells and got a bit sick in the first our in the house.

Lovely apartment , great location. Well furnished , modern & bright.

Nothing we didn’t like. A couple of pointers though. 1. Could have done with a tea-towel 2. the main bathroom door sticks and can not be unlocked from the inside - you need someone to push from the outside.

The apartment if perfectly located within walking distance of the best places to see in Girona. It was clean and updated and the check-in was very simple.
