Apartment T1 - Porto

Location is good but not close to tourist attractions. Nice sunset view.

In the peak of August, the AC was not working in the room (a fan was placed there instead providing veryyy little fresh air). The AC in the living room was leaking heavily throughout the whole stay, basically could not be used either. The fact that it had windows all around was great in theory, but a lot of heat came through them, adding to the AC problem. The windows also provided a great deal of light very early in the morning, often waking us up very early due to the blinds not fully shutting. The kitchen was equipped which was good, but the sponge provided to wash the dishes was used - we had to go buy our own. The kitchen chairs had the leather peeling off and were in awful condition. The sofas were also not very clean. The building was old and had a micro elevator, can’t fit 2 people and luggage. Lastly, we were supposed to be checked in by a staff member and ended up having to do it by ourselves because the person was busy - revealing lack of organisation.

O atendimento do Sr Miguel, foi muito bom. Extremamente atencioso, me explicou todos os detalhes. Vaga de garagem e coberta. Nos dis de céu claro, pode-se até ver o mar.

O box do banheiro é muito pequeno. As cadeiras da mesa de jantar, rasgadas. Partes do piso de madeira estufados e outras até mesmo faltando.

I had a fantastic stay at the place. It was exactly what I needed! The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything for a comfortable short or long stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The location was good…close to shops, public transport, and very quiet at night. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was fast and friendly. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and even some local tips. Would definitely stay here again if I go to Porto. I highly recommend it !

Spacious apartment with big living room and bedroom. 5th floor, top floor. Balcony where you can't stand. Small kitchen without toaster. Free parking in garage in the same building. Good place if you have car, away from center. A bit noisy because of traffic.
