52 meters from the beach

Perfect location will definitely be returning...had no problems what so ever .....last year me my family spent few weeks in Southsea Portsmouth in 2 bed flat which was amazing but this one is by far best place we have stayed in ...perfect location beach across road shops round corner .....if I could live there I would :)

I had a three year old and he is not use to stairs so was worried a little bit as kids being kids kept going to them ...so maybe stairgate could be a recommendation but otherwise there is not one thing I can moan about .....hosts communicated once booking was made fantastic keep good work up

The location was great, good communication with the host. The flat was comfortable, quiet and relaxing. No problems at all. Would happily stay again.

Location is reasonable but that is only positive thing I can say. PLEASE do not stay here it’s so dirty it’s dangerous. I dread to think what would happen if someone had a weak immune system. The bed sheets were covered in semen and pubic hair. We couldn’t sleep on them. The bathroom and shower was unusable. We contacted Booking.com on the night we arrived to move.

Disgusting, dirty, dangerous. Pubic hairs and dirt everywhere. Smells. Kitchen covered in food. Never been hoovered. Beds unusable. Owner is aggressive and rude. PLEASE do not risk your health staying here.

Front door was quite stiff and you really needed to push it hard to open it or close it which ment it was quite loud for fellow guests.

We were right near the sea front and a ten minute walk from my family, which was lovely. There was a nice cafe, called Coast Coffee round the corner, where we had breakfast.

Great location. Well appointed and spotless. Complimentary bottle of wine in fridge. Only stayed one night but would return
