- easy access and clean

- the freezer's door was broken and requires replacing - the bed mattress was a bit hard for my back - you could hear noises from partying on the sorrounding areas

Everything was ok except flat needed good cleaning. Which I kind of expected from reading the reviews.

State one of the bedroom we found on arrival, see the photo!!! Unclear was bedding changed or not , bed drawers open, stuff thrown all over the place. Unacceptable to leave room in this state for people to find on arrival. Tv table was so dusty ,previous guests wrote clean me on the dust, that writing was still there.. I could continue on and on,but in essence whoever is responsible for cleaning they definitely needs retraining.

"Excellent location, comfy beds and everything you need."

Location is excellent, flat was great with everything you need. Slept well in the bed and great communication with host.

The only gripe with the flat is the cleanliness. I feel it could do with a deep clean. Shower and toilet especially and the carpets need a little more effort when cleaning.
