Excellent location, clean, spacious, good communication from the host.

I am disabled and managed to get a space right outside which was a great start. The apartment was so nice, everything you may need, so comfy, pub opposite and beach across the road, 100% recommend and hopefully return, all thanks to Martin, a very helpful host.

Nothing not to like, honestly.

Location was fantastic next to sea front, local pub very welcoming, plenty of places to eat and the apartment was very clean. Owner was very friendly and helpful when spoken to. Would recommend to anyone.

Booking was easy and communication from Martin was spot on. We used the apartment as we travelled a long way to visit Butlins so location was fantastic.

We had no issues with it at all.

Stayed with the grand kids. So near to the beach for them. Great communal space for us all to be together at breakfast as we catered for ourselves in we'll equipt kitchen.

Absolutely everything. Great location, host went above and beyond and such good value for money. Will be returning!

Bognor is not our type of village

My 3rd visit (1st in upstairs flat) and everything was as excellent as always. Great communication from Martin. We were able to access the flat early, which was a bonus. The flat is in such a central location. Everything is in walking distance. Spotlessly clean and a great view as well. Would highly recommend and i have no doubt I will be back again.
