We couldn’t stay at the property and had to book elsewhere. There was old food in the fridge including opened milk. The place was filthy and the toilet didn’t flush and there was very little loo roll. Even the instructions were filthy. So much more to say but you get the gist.

The position was perfect, an easy walk to everything yet also quiet.

Location great

The flat had a terrible smokey odour. Went out for 2 hours, still smelled smokey, right through until morning. Messaged owner, who apologised for the rule breakers. Would have left but were exhausted after a very long day and would gafe needed to find alternative. Shower not clean, did not use.

It was cosy, had great facilities, parking and was in a fabulous location.

The only thing that could have made it any better would have been if it was on the ground level with a garden :) for the dog. (Just so I didn’t have to go out every time the dog needed to!) But there is a lovely green outside, and Obviously, the beach on your doorstep.

perfect distance to where we needed to be. Had everything we needed and would stay again.

Excellent location, short walk into Bognor town centre. Sea front practically on the door step. Parking permit for the length of your stay. Small kitchen but very adequate for a holiday stay.

Stayed over the weekend and a bit noisy from the pubs nearby but was all quiet by midnight. Could do with a mirror in the main bedroom as there isn’t one near a plug socket to dry your hair.
