Great location

Didn't communicate checkin until after checkin time. Phone Number to call was unavailable this caused unnecessary stress

24 hour car park in the next street which was £6 a day and super convenient, location is right in the middle of the centre, near jewellery quarter, with lots of cafes and shops, bullring is close by as well, the whole place was clean and felt like I was at home, it’s a really quiet area as well which is nice especially late at night. Staff answer questions really fast as well which is helpful

I really liked how the owner and staff were really quick at getting back and really nice and friendly also the place was actually so comfortable and beautiful

Everything was perfect to be honest

It was a lovely spacious apartment in a really interesting bit of Birmingham. It was only a minute walk from the canal with a short stroll to lots of cafes, bars, restaurants etc. The staff were incredibly helpful when I contacted them and responded really quickly to questions.
