It was cold, no heater in the bedroom. The wardrobe and dresser had all the handles removed so could not open therefore unable to use.

The person who manages their WhatsApp is nice and the cleaning team (Gloria especially) are very kind. When something was discovered broken in a different hostel owned by the same man, I was impressed that they fixed it on the same day.

The smell was intolerable. I am not one to complain but DO NOT STAY HERE if they haven’t fixed the small. It was like old cheese mixed with a bodily infection mixed with something dead and it filled every space in the hostel. I slept for a nap in the day when I arrived with my room window open to see if i could remove the smell as it was less in my room but I couldn’t. It was also wayyy too cold to leave the window open for too long in Vilaflor as very high altitude. I was so ill after smelling that for two hours I left. Please hope this was a one off. If not addressed by the management, or you see smell mentioned in other reviews, do not stay.

The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We really liked the possibility to use the terrace with nice view. We would definitely stay again.

No heating, so extremely cold at night. No hot water in the shower. Horrible, horrible experience
