Good area. Some nice craft beer bars up the steep road with nice takeaway pizzas.

Kids doing relays in the upstairs flat on first night 8 -1am ok with ear plugs and quiet 2nd night.

Great location for central Matlock as was attending an event in Hall Leys Park, a few minutes away on foot. Property was compact, clean, warm and comfortable, it had everything I needed for 2 nights stay. Walking back up the hill was a good work out! Free weekend parking directly outside the flat, weekdays there is a payable car park not too far down Bank Road across the street, which is not expensive.

Great location! It is on a steep hill but it wasn't too far of a walk back up, and I looked at a lot of places before booking this one, it was difficult to get any closer to the town centre, ESPECIALLY for as cheap as this. The hosts were really helpful too, we had a MINOR issue during checking in, and the hosts went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would 100% book here again.

Very clean, quiet, comfy bed, ideal for one, convenient for my brother's house nearby. Shower easy to use.

Quite a steep street to get to the property. although close to Matlock centre. it would have been quite small for a romantic break for two. I couldn't get the TV remote to work even with new batteries but had spent much of the time with family so didn't have chance to resolve it.

Brilliant location, and very comfortable bed. Great that the TV had streaming services too! Easy to collect the keys and Rachel and Andy were very responsive.

A plug in set of hob rings would be great. Over winter, would be great if a blanket was provided for the bed as it was very chilly!

Very clean and comfortable one-bedroom ground floor apartment (one room, including kitchen area, plus shower room). Great location to explore the surrounding area. On-road parking nearby. Easy check-in and check-out process.

There was nothing to dislike about Studio 2.
