"Wonderful stay close to Arthur’s seat and town nothing negative"

Very well decorated -great style nicely laid out. Easy to find and spacious two lovely bedrooms. Bathroom well fitted out. Kitchen had lots of room and good facilities. Comfy beds and lovely garden which my dog loved. Shame the weather was not as agreeable!!! Heating was a plus warm and cosy .

"Quirky Holyrood Park flat"

Close to Holyrood Park. Great being ground floor garden flat with dogs. Good kitchen and appliances, stocked with everything you need.

Bedding needs upgrading. Bath doesn't drain well. Lighting in the bedrooms is poor.

"Lovely place, quiet and accessible, will definitely book again!"

Lovely friendly feeling, comfortable and cosy. Very quiet area. Perfect for relaxing when you’re not a shopper but wanted to enjoy culture and food! We walked back from the playhouse which was great, (took a little while but needed to decompress) easy to navigate the city from the flat, great if you like walking but also easy to get bus or Uber/Taxi.

Hot water was hard to navigate however the owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you 😊

Very good location, walkable to lots of sites. Comfortable, cozy flat. Plenty of space for the 4 if us.

Wifi did not work. Tried to reboot (unplugged, plugged back in) with no luck. Reached out to owner via booking app 3 times, no response. Parking was very limited - owner did provide instructions/recommendations on how to find street parking. We ended up paying for street parking (until 6pm) and lugging our baggage about 1.5 blocks.
