Great location near Holyrood park, and a very stylish flat. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom products etc.

Only slight downsides for us were the smell of smoke in the lounge area, and also that the duvets and pillows were all feather. 2 of us suffer with asthma, and when I asked the host about this she directed us to the storage cupboards where we had to rummage around looking for anything that could be used as bedding and pillows. Not ideal. Otherwise communication was good.

Comfortable, well-equipped property, tastefully decorated. Smooth comms., key box access. Both fridge and freezer in kitchen. Good WiFi. Bus stop one minute walk with frequent buses to city centre or 25-30 mins walk to Waverley Station. Very helpful to have kitchen 'consumables' (washing up liquid / DW tablets etc) provided and pint of milk and pack of filter coffee on arrival is a nice touch.

Be aware property is not City-centre but public transport links are good and you get what you pay for from a location perspective. Surprising lack of terrestrial TV channels (while stays are not about watching TV, at least for us, it's nice to catch the daily TV news!). Overall, generally a clean property. Bed in main bedroom might be a little soft for some; if you need a hard mattress, this property is not for you. Tip: bags cannot be left at property and host suggests Waverley Station. There is only one left luggage office there and they charge £15 per item if it's more than 3 hours, so that cost us £30 for two small bags for a few hours. Licensed robbery! Just Google 'Edinburgh left luggage' and choose from a comparison website. On the last day we used a place that cost £13.50, around 6-7 mins walk from the station.

Schimmel im Bad. Ein Schlafzimmer roch feucht und schimmelig. Nicht gut gereinigt. Badezimmer und Küche waren schmutzig. Zu wenig Geschirr/Gläser, zu wenig Besteck. An dem Esstisch konnte man nicht zu viert essen.

It’s very comfortable and has two good sized bedrooms. The decor is really interesting and quirky. The location is great for the park.

It would have been good to have some information about near by shops, places to eat and transport into the city. We didn’t find much near by. Would’ve been good to have some milk and coffee on arrival. The hairdryer overheats and turns itself off!

Bathroom door was broken Shower insanely hot and not able to turn down Beds uncomfortable in my opinion, very soft and no proper bed frame
