Villa Mimose 100m from the beach

- Wir konnten vor der normalen Check-in eintreffen und es war bereits alles ready (nach Rücksprache). - Die Aussicht auf das Meer und die Strandnähe sind wunderbar! - Der Host hat innert kürzester Zeit auf unsere Nachrichten und Fragen reagiert.

- Die Tür auf den Balkon im Schlafzimmer kann nicht geschlossen werden. Dies verstärkt den Lärm der stark befahrener Strasse, welcher bis spät in die Nacht zu hören ist. Wir haben diesen Punkt sofort beim Vermieter gemeldet und um eine Lösung gebeten. Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Türe ersetzt werden muss. In den Bewertungen haben wir gesehen, dass diese bereits seit Monaten kaputt ist! - Keine Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, nur im Wohnzimmer. Um die Schlafzimmer zu kühlen, müssen daher die Fenster und Fensterläden geöffnet werden. Leider hat es keine Mückennetze und es hat leider viele der störenden Insekten. - Als wir dort waren hatte es leider auf der anderen Strassenseite eine grosse Baustelle, welche ab morgens früh sehr laut war. Die nicht zu schliessende Tür, hat den Lärm zusätzlich verschlimmert. - Die Küche braucht dringend neue Utensilien. Ein Backofen ist nicht vorhanden, wird jedoch angegeben. - Kein Warmwasser in der Küche. - Eine Matraze ist komfortabel. Die andere ist leider alt und unbequem. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht so schön eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern. Die Bett- und Frotteewäsche sind in die Jahre gekommen. - Im Badezimmer riecht es oft nach Kloake. - Wir haben nur 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier erhalten für 8 Nächte.

The location is super great. 2 mins from the beach, 1 minute from the supermarket, 2-5 minutes for bars and restourants.

Close distance to beach and shops. Well equipped and modernly furnished.

It didn‘t have a sea view. Please add it for the next time we will be visiting :D

1. Check-in & Host • Apartment not ready on arrival: We arrived at 3:30 PM, but the cleaners had not yet come. They arrived only at 5:00 PM and performed a rushed cleaning. We had to wait until 6:30 PM to enter. • Host interaction: The host was abrupt and unwelcoming. ⸻ 2. Location & Noise • Road traffic: The building fronts a busy through-road. Noise from cars and motorcycles continues late into the night. • Early-morning disturbance: Deliveries start around 5:00 AM, and daily garbage collection is loud. • Windows cannot be opened: Due to the street noise, keeping windows open—even at night—was not an option. ⸻ 3. Living/Dining Room • Air conditioning: Only available in the living/dining area, which also serves as the entrance. • This setup is ineffective, as it cannot cool the bedrooms once the doors are closed. • Furniture: No cushions provided, so the sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable. • Coffee machine: Placed too high up on a sideboard, making it difficult to reach. ⸻ 4. Bedrooms • Mattress: Old, uncomfortable, and dirty. • Cupboard over the bed: A large cabinet is mounted directly over the bed, making it uncomfortable and even unsafe—there’s a risk of hitting your head when getting up. • No ventilation or AC: Bedrooms are hot and stuffy. • Windows stay shut: Noise from the street made it impossible to open windows at night. ⸻ 5. Kitchen • Minimal equipment: The kitchen is poorly equipped for self-catering. • Cleanliness: Plates and cutlery were dirty and appeared unwashed. ⸻ 6. Bathroom • Toilet flush: Often had to be pressed multiple times to work properly. • Odor: Persistent sewage smell; we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. • Shower: Extremely small and cramped. • Toilet paper: Only 2 rolls provided for 6 days—insufficient for multiple guests.

It was pleasant stay here, the owner was very friendly, the flat was prepared very nicely, clean. From the terace was beautiful view on the sea and to the beach it was only few steps. Also market was near. We can recomend it. We would like to return. Thanks for the nice holiday. Zuzana and Mirek
