CHAmazing place, located 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Perfect place to stay with a family: - Very spacious and clean apartment, everything you need is there (even a paddle board :)). - Awesome garden. We had lunches and dinners there every day (there’s a proper grill also!!). It is protected from the sun, so really nice during the hot day. - Perfect location: nearby the beach. Great restaurants and fresh meat/veggie/bakery store in 5 min walking distance. Even little amusement park nearby to go with kids in the evening. - Sardinia beach is just a dream. Can’t describe - need to go & see. - Marcus (host) was very helpful and welcoming! Thank you!! Dream vacation, we will definitely be back!

CALocated close to supermarket and beach.
There was a minor sink issue but Markus was there right away and sorted it out. He even brought a stove espresso maker. Thank you

The apartment was not ready by our arrival as a host just forgot about it. He had to make a fast cleaning by himself and was extremely rude with us. An air conditioner is located in the living room, which does not make any sense, as it is not able to cool down a sleeping room. And it was impossible to open the windows in the sleeping room due to a nosy street outside. We could stayed there only one night and moved to another location the next day, despite a non-refundable booking.
