The location was great, wonderful views over the river and close to city centre. The apartment was very spacious

The cleanliness was somewhat lacking, although at a glance it looks very good, when we opened the cupboards and the fridge it became apparent that cleaning is obviously rushed. We had the building fire alarm going off at 5am on Sunday also 2am and 5am Monday. Although it only sounded 3 or 4 times and we didn't have to take any action, it was still somewhat irritating.

Payment problems, they asked for a money transfer the day before we checked in. The credit card payment did go through. I had keys and had already checked in and still received a message asking for bank transfer. 1 star interior - way too many issues 1 star customer service / host help The ensuite bathroom was locked for the entire stay, so our children had no access to a bath. I spoke to customer service everyday of our trip to get this resolved and they didnt unlock the bathroom for us The kettle didn't work (this was replaced) Wi-Fi was completely cut off, and it was weak to begin with Utensils 4 forks included The main kitchen tap unacceptable - clearly stuck a rubber hose as a make shift fix The AC and Fan did not work One small plug-in fan was included, but it did not work Bathroom we were provided with 1 hand towel for the full week stay Toilet seat was loose and too small for the toilet A broom was included but no dust pan (no vacuum either so couldn't pick up the dirt) Internal bedroom doors do not shut fully Glass windows and patio to look out on a beautiful view were very dirty

An absolutely stunning, luxury and spacious penthouse apartment in a perfect location. The floor to ceiling windows and the balcony were everything, topped off by some beautiful over the water sunsets. Regular visitors to Liverpool and this is by far our favourite place to stay. 10/10 for us. We will be returning again and again.

Wifi was absolutely terrible. So slow it was easier to disconnect and use data. No live tv in the accommodation is just a disgrace for the cost of the apartment for a couple of days. Needs to be addressed I'm afraid.

Gorgeous apartment. Plenty of space. We were a party of 6 adults, and it didn't feel cramped at all. Easy to get users if we needed. Also just a w5 min walk into the city centre. Everything was lovely, took a while to fathom the kettle. There is an invisible button on the base at the left. The cutlery tray is in the top drawer under the hob as you'd expect, so as you open the drawer, within the space immediately under the hob is an internal drawer 🤣 When you know, it's easy !

Just 1 point knocked off, as on our first morning both lifts were out of order and as the apartment is on the 11th floor it was a big faff. Luckily we were all able to use the stairs. They were fixed after a few hours, so just something to bear in mind

The WiFi connection was bad which made it impossible for me to work. The kitchen cupboards were dirty inside along with the glasses.

Location, size, cleanliness and amenities

Although not a real issue for me since I had cell service on my US phone, but the wifi wasn’t working properly for 2 of the days. The staff helped with a work around, but it did slightly dampen the experience for my sons
