The door had been forced and we could t secure it. After attempts to get someone out to repair it no one came. We will be taking this further with Booking.com or KC Property

We loved everything about this apartment. Modern, spacious, clean cosy and lovely views

I don’t think there’s anything not to like. Only small issue we couldn’t get any sound from the normal programs tv in the living room

The view and access to Albert Dock and Liverpool one were perfect. The communication from booking, to arrival and checking in on us during our stay was fantastic. Fed back a few things and they took it all onboard, which is great when you're a host.

We had to do a "freshen up" when we arrived especially in the kitchen. There was a lack of pots and pans, pizza cutter, baking trays.
