It was noisy the people who owned their own chalets where having party loud music it states that dogs should be on leads where are chalet was the dogs where running around barking and fighting also states no ball games but people where playing football also no noise after 10 pm but someone was fixing a car and revving it's engine until after 1130

Comfortable beds 🙌🏼 Chalet was easy to find & with ample parking. We found the chalet to have most things we needed for our four night stay. Clean bedding & towels, fans & heaters in both rooms. Shops, bakery, amusements, pub & beach all within walking distance.

The shower! Simply not powerful enough for our liking.

It was nicely furnished and very comfortable . Ideal location for all amenities.

Oven smoked a little setting off alarm but easily solved overall really impressed

Well situated for the beach and exploration to nearby places. Parking.

The chalet smelled strongly of damp in the bathroom and double bedroom. £40 for linen, which wasn't even professionally laundered. The bedroom curtains were not black out, a little short and not keeping the light out from the access road, making it difficult to get a 5 year old to sleep. Only 1 toilet roll for 3 people, 1 extra should have been given, dried food on utensil, and countertop dusty, kitchen area only given cursory clean, not good management. Everything we took in there smelled of damp when we left. Mould on the slats under the double bed. This property should be deep treated for damp before being let again. It is a health risk. 4pm check-in. 10am check out.

Curtains up the front door had holes in Door handles need changing to levers as none of them work correctly

Location near beach was good. Beds were comfortable.

Electric meter had 22p upon arrival which ran out in minutes of switching the lights on to take our bags in. Instructions stated if arrival after 5pm when reception had closed to purchase Electric cards from the club house, after walking to find the clubhouse it was in fact closed and having spoken to others who were staying on site has not been open on Mondays. I sent several messages to the contact mobile number asking what to do regarding electric card issue as no Electric which meant no heated water, no heating and no lights - to date no reply. Very very disappointing and should be made clear with enough Electric for one night if arriving after 5pm.
