one thing was shower, it leaked, but nothing bit of sealant wont fix. I love the property and will stay again and good value for money.

I had never booked a holiday through Arda management before and so i was a little anxious as to what to expect but they were really good at giving you all the information that you require and making the whole experience as easy and hassle free as they could which put my mind at rest. They were fairly quick at responding to queries too. I really did think that the apartment was really nice and well done out. The location could not be better located in Hemsby and the holiday park location was also good. The T.v was that good i would consider buying myself a Hisense T.V in the future. The facilities were really good. The instructions they gave us were clear which i really liked. I would definately use them again in the future. It's a no brainer.

The only few things i can critisize but i am just nit picking. There was no cheese grater which bugged me big time and the shower stand was already broken and could not hold the shower head in place when taking a shower. I had to use a shampoo bottle to hold it in place. They may know about this already. I would have prefered if the advert stated that you need to purchase an electricity card for your stay on there before booking. Just so you know as it felt a little misleading and as they don't offer any cancellation or refunds its only fair. Just so when taking the overall price into consideration you know before booking. It is only £10 for a week and its not a deal breaker but you should be informed of the extra cost. Again just minor details that i feel should be considered. Nothing that would deter me from using the same apartment again or booking again.

Good location on a nice site. Entertainment in the evenings in the clubhouse. Chalet nice, clean and comfortable.

When we arrived we had to purchase an electric card (£5 or £10) from the site to turn the electric on. There is no mention of this in the property description before you book. The TV wasn't working properly (no channels available) so we could only watch TV via the Apps on the TV. Not a big issue as we wasn't there to watch TV but a TV is provided so it should be working properly.

Location was excellent. Very easy to get to the places you need to see.great access to the beach.great atmosphere with all the chalets very friendly.

Out side needs a fold away table so you can sit out side with a drink or tea or coffee as there was no were to put it .

Hard mattress , no air conditioning only one fan works

We had a text saying the chalet was ready nice and early and the location was really good and quiet with plenty of room for the grand kids to play
