Lift very very very slow. Every lift full full. Car park till Floor, need to wait around 20min++ Luckily got one time, guard in lift. If not, dun know wait how many times lift up, then I can go inside to carpark..

The parking lot is too far from the lift ☹️ The spiral parking lot (10th floor) really made me dizzy 🥴😅 The key is a bit difficult to use, scared that I might break the key everytime opening the door

Parking take much time at level 10, rude staff, 1st cakap checkout jam 12 masuk jam 3. Lepas byr deposit checkout rules tukar 11.30am to 3pm. I argue but staff counter with rude. Pls take note check out time amik masa lif dekat sejam tunggu. check in time pun amik masa nk register amik kunci pastu park L10, dh park tunggu lift LG lebih setengah jam, then masuk rumah dh jam 4!!! so this property must adjust checkout and check in time. Gv early time because ur customer terpaksa take time utk check in and check out. terpaksa check out bfor 10am. Tunggu lift time check out LG ssh sbb lif penuh jee nk masuk dgn family and beg x muat sbb ramai org check out. Lebih setengah jam baru dpt lif. Then turn bawah Dr LV10 take time jugak. because I know bila kita x ikut rules dorang boleh tahan kita punya deposit.!! That's rules must chance!! Check in and check out time must chance.
