The location is good, the staff was responded promptly and deal with the leaking problem.

Our apartment was leaking, the floor of the kitchen was full with water. Day 2, after communicated with the staff, they changed apartment for us, but the second apartment is smaller (we have 9 pax (one senior citizen) and one of the room’s air-con was not functioning well, there’s no clothes hanger hook in the bathroom. The facility of the rooms are passable only.

Very big appartment with everthing you need. Great pool and chill area. Easy self check in. Definately recommand.

The location was great, the house is newly built too. Meets everything we required. The owner requested for RM150 deposit which was then refunded after the checkout. The deposit was for cleaning fees if some house rules were not followed. They got pool which was very great, a washer but no detergent, basic amenities were provided such as iron, netflix, body wash and shampoo. AC in all areas, great view too. Parking was ok at level 10. Overall, the house met with our expectations and it was a great experience staying at this homestay. We really recommend this house for your visit in Penang Island.

Very big space. Convenient parking. Clean and cozy.

The sink was clogged during our stay. We didn’t use the kitchen and sink much. So not a problem with us. The the maintenance could be improved.
