Ease of arrival and access

The en-suite shower ran hot then cold and hd a struggle to set it to a good temp but it wasn’t that bad

House was warm and clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the host's communication was excellent.

Beds were super comfortable!

The toilet seat in the main bathroom upstairs was broken

I didn't stay myself but our three employees emailed to say how lovely this place is.

One night stay for a wedding at Warwick House. It was only 15 minutes away from our venue so very convenient. We paid extra for an early check in.

Kitchen could have been cleaner. Food was left in the oven from previous tenants.

Ideal location for Warwick castle and Stratford upon Avon, and lovely house. Very comfortably set up, and two and 1/2 bathrooms was so convenient for our group of 5 adults. We especially appreciated the walk-in shower for our 3 family members over 75. We were welcomed with yummy tea cakes and the kitchen was convenient for cooking breakfast once Nicky helped us figure out how to unlock the stove. Nicky was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

We only booked a day before our stay, so had a couple glitches with no dishwasher soap/washing up liquid and a new wifi router that was not yet plugged in, but with Nicky's help we got the wifi set up and had a great stay.

A really good traditional B&B with a great breakfast which was included, so great value too
