Everything was 10/10. Had the best time with my family and friends. 🖤

Man living next door was very grumpy and took pictures of us.

We actually got moved to the lodge next door (Sundance) due to a hot tub issue, which was actually slightly bigger. The lodges are superb, with lots of space and a high quality finish. Beds were comfy and bathrooms spacious and clean. Location OK, but will be better when that area of the park matures a little more (more lodges in the empty plots). Hot tub was massive. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival was nice touch. Tea, coffee & milk provided.

This is more constructive criticism than complaint, as with a little more fine tuning/polish, these lodges could be 10/10. The heating was unbearably hot and adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make a difference. Some really simple basics are missing e.g. no oven gloves, no washing up liquid and no where nearby to buy them. Park desperately needs a little shop. There is one on the adjacent park but it only opens weekends.

could only use internet TV I.e Samsung +, no terrestrial TV. No cafeteria, no where to hang towels when in hot tub.

Cabin itself was great. Loved the real lig cabin look and feel. Good location.

Some elements of the cabin could have been cleaner. There were some dusty areas that needed to be addressed. There was no cabin folder with any details. No oven gloves which is quite minor but would make a big difference.

still part of a development that’s not finished but wasn’t informed. The hot tub had a leak and couldn’t use because the water was to low.

the internal part of the lodge was stunning spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed.

external area is what lets the property down needs a larger decking/seating area which is also more secure for dogs so much space could be used to make the outside more enjoyable. Given this is a pet friendly lodge the outside isn’t so pet friendly. The lodge sleeps 6 but only has seating outside for 2
