How slippy the decking got at the front

We booked this lodge but unfortunately there was a leak in the hot tub, we were upgraded to the (sundance lodge), next door which was beautiful. We have booked again for next year already

Too many speed bumps coming into site

Brilliant facilities, rooms are nice and comfortable, jacuzzi was amazing and heated floors was a nice touch

Excellent lodge....great facilities with brilliant location... definitely recommend.

Only one small thing which will hopefully get sorted?...as described in a previous comments from someone staying. Radiator in bathroom not working....apart from that excellent.

Beautiful lodge with lovely furnishings and had everything you needed only thing I would say is they need more mirrors esp in the bedrooms

Could not get taxi from park to local town. I realise this is not the owner or parks fault.one taxi company said they would come take us to Felton which is 2.5 miles for £25 and you can’t walk either as no path just motorway.so point is your not leaving park unless you drive or prepared to pay lots of money we wanted to go for food and drinks.

Very spacious in a great location

Nothing it was very nice could of done with a corkscrew in kitchen but very nice otherwise

the place on first arrival was very nice. nice and quiet. the pub had great food at reasonable prices

still alot of outstanding issues that had been mentioned be previous guests on more than a few stays.which had not been rectified. on the day of arrival i contacted the manager and explained the different issues,she said someone would be along to fix the issues,no one arrived till 3rd day.which wasnt fixed.tried contacting manager again but she ignored my calls and whatsapp messages not really as clean as i would of expected,the bedroom smelt of damp.
