Aspen Lodge

Inside was roomy and comfortable with excellent facilities.

We thought the outside area could be better, there was no privacy going to and from the hot tub and also it could do with a private decking area for dining outside.

The inside of the lodge is lovely, modern kitchen and bathroom, neutral decor. Comfortable beds.

The outside, however, is poor, only 2 small chairs (joined together) when the lodge sleeps 6, outdoor seating would be great as the weather was beautiful when we were there. Although the lodge is it dog friendly, there is no gate or fence to keep the dog in. The hot tub is a great size but very uninviting, closed off with a fence, no hooks for towels, could be doing with some nice lights or plants, it was a bit dull. There is no side door so had to go out the front in your swimwear and walk round the side, next door lodge looks on to this. The TV's are great quality and huge but are smart TV's with not live channels. The lodge is situated on an area of the site which looks under developed, empty caravans and empty plots.

Location was just right for what we wanted to do.

Was plenty of room and comfy beds

No mirrors in bedrooms. And low water in the morning especially last day no water at all so couldn’t even freshen up before leaving

The property is very clean and spacious

Towel rain not working so nothing to dry towels on.situated in an unfinished part of the site out the way of everything

Beautiful accommodation inside and out, perfect location on site and hot tub tops it all off. Hopefully will be back again one day..

We were so happy with the lodge. It was very clean and so spacious. The decor is lovely. The lodge park itself is lovely and quiet. The hot tub is huge! Me and my family loved spending time in there.

The WiFi is basically none existent. The TV’s are smart TV’s (Netflix, Disney etc) so the terrible WiFi means you can’t watch TV either. To be fair though it was nice to disconnect and spend quality time with family playing games etc instead.
