The property was a great location perfect distance from the beach and from the shops etc in Southbourne

It was filthy. Carpets badly stained. Sofa stained. Splashes up kitchen walls. Hole in sitting room wall. Bathroom tired and not well cleaned. Thick cobwebs. It’s not pleasant sitting on a stained sofa. I have not shared photos but do have evidence.
