Location and facilities.

The flat is noisy as the bed faces the stairs. Guests passing the corridors are also very noisy.

Am stat 10 zile aici, apartamentul este curat , aproape de plaja(2minute de mers pe jos) , 10 minute cu masina in Puerto banus și Puente romano, iar dacă vreți să vi se facă curățenie în apartament trebuie să plătiți 15-20€ pe zi

There are multiple problems with this property which I very much doubt will be published on this website as only the positive reviews are published. The noise is continuous all night from the outside and from the reception lobby area as the room is on the 1st floor and overlooking the Main Street and entrance. It it necessary to open the balcony door to keep the property cool. However, there is no insect screen and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night and every night. There is no washing detergent for the washing machine which is always provided in every other property. The property reception staff (one person) was very rude and clearly hates his job. He should not be employed. Unfortunately, I did not ask for his name but he is the miserable slim man with the grey hair and beard.

The location was excellent, the pool / cafe area was good, well maintained and comfortable beds, reasonably priced at €3 per day

The apartment was old and shabby, did not compare to photos. A large mirror was hanging off the wall and the light switch was also loose. Both were fixed after notice given via email - but should have been done before we arrived! Loved the Skol but would not stay in 131 again

The apartment is very well kitted out with a number of appliances.

Close to beach great staff.

The sink drain is connected to the bath so when you use the sink all the smelly water comes out the bath tub the waste isn’t fitted correctly.
