KRDue to flight and arrival delays at the airport, we arrived at the apartment around 11:40 PM late at night. However, the door was locked and no one answered the phone, forcing us to urgently find another hotel. Since it was our first time traveling there, we had initially scheduled our check-in time for 11:00 PM, anticipating we would be late. We had also received a confirmation message from the host stating that a delay of about an hour and a half would be acceptable. Therefore, we are baffled and deeply upset, and we are currently trying to figure out how to handle this situation. I believe it would be best to take measures such as returning the payment.
HRОтличные апартаменты в удачном месте, если едете на концерт в Лисински. Удобный паркинг, современные просторные апартаменты. Мы жили в апартаменте с тремя спальнями на последнем этаже. Очень гостеприимные и профессиональные владельцы. Всё четко организовано. Очень рекомендую
Апартаменты с тремя спальнями находятся на втором (европейском) этаже без лифта. Надо это учитывать, если путешествуете с детьми и пожилыми людьми Большие удобные кровати, но простыни с большим содержанием синтетических тканей, аллергикам некомфортно
