Good location. Friendly owners, lovely welcome pack.

Hair dryer broke first morning, reported it straight away. The owner responded really quickly saying she would replace it, to leave it on the table and she would arrange for another one to be brought. It never showed up even though I messaged to enquire and even offered to buy another. No communication on when we would receive it or if she wanted me to buy one. Not great when we were going out on an evening. Bathroom fan was filthy, full of dust. Shower tray could also have done with a clean. A little bit tired and could maybe do with a bit of a tidy up.

Great location, very comfortable and trendy.

It was clean and was well furnished. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are beautiful and a large smart tv kept us entertained. I love it

An area or shelf in the bedroom for makeup etc would have been useful

Was a nice quiet street no noise even though the pub was across the road , handy shop across the road , beds were super comfy decor was lovely

Couldn't fault it but if being picky would only say the walk to city centre was a little further than I thought but it wasn't an issue
