Super helpful owner, enable early check in and giving us a bigger apartment than we had booked to help that happen - very kind It was a huge space, fabulous shower Tea and coffee available - that's nice Great location for checking out the uni, also good transport links

No working WiFi and difficult to even connect to our usual network. This had a big impact - the WiFi was actually more important to us than the amount of space which has dragged down the overall rating Tv didn't work - it was an aerial issue, no information about the apartment facilities or area. Cups in cupboard were not clean and there were hairs on the bedding in 1 room - luckily, we could use the other one

"Disappointing I did contact Belfast city breaks with my concerns but I’ve had no response"

The best thing was its location as very close to where our daughter lived

There were quite a few things that were not up to standard
